How we operate
We understand that being embroiled in the legal process can be confusing and overwhelming. Although every matter is unique, the general process in relation to family law and contested estate matters are as follows:
You make an inquiry with our friendly staff, and an appointment will be scheduled for you to see one of our experienced solicitors.
At the time of your appointment, the solicitor will triage your matter, and:
- Answer any queries that you have;
- Provide you with preliminary legal advice in relation to your matter, and the overall next steps;
- Provide you with an estimate as to costs and timeframes.
Your matter will be managed closely by your solicitor, and you will receive timely updates, and adaptive advice and strategies.
Your matter will have the benefit of expert opinion and will be reviewed by our consultant, Mark Brown, where appropriate.
