Information we collect
The enquiry form collects the details you choose to provide, including your name, contact details, broad matter type and brief message. Please do not submit confidential or highly sensitive details through the website.
How information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request and assess whether the firm can arrange a consultation. Campaign labels in a website address may be held in session storage until an enquiry is sent, so the firm can understand whether the enquiry came from sources such as its Google Business Profile. These labels do not contain your legal enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not create a solicitor–client relationship.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website, including Turnstile abuse prevention and privacy-focused web analytics. Resend transmits enquiry notification emails. These providers may process technical and enquiry information according to their own terms and our configuration.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits to the website, including pages viewed, traffic sources and interactions. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes technical information about your browser and device. We do not send the names, contact details or messages entered in our enquiry forms to Google Analytics. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our website tag. Google may process analytics information overseas. You can learn more inGoogle's privacy policy or useGoogle's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Storage and security
The website does not keep a separate database of enquiry content. A notification is delivered to the office email system. Reasonable technical and organisational controls are used, but internet transmission cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Access and contact
Contact the office by phone if you wish to ask about personal information associated with a website enquiry.
