Nancy Belousov

Nancy began working with the practice in 2012 as a legal secretary. Whilst working as a secretary, she managed all conveyancing matters, and provided significant assistance in relation to all family law, and estate matters, including the drafting of legal documents. Nancy began studying for her Diploma of Law in 2017, whilst continuing to work with the firm, and was admitted as a solicitor in June 2023.

Nancy has been directly mentored by Mark since she commenced studying, and has extensive knowledge in relation to family law, contested estates, and estate planning matters. With over a decade of experience in the legal industry, Nancy has a practical understanding of its clients, court systems, and the requirements across all areas of work.

Nancy is a pragmatic and determined lawyer, who is also approachable and empathetic. She strives to provide the best possible outcome to clients during a difficult time.

Outside of the office, Nancy is a mum to an energetic little boy. She enjoys cafe hopping, Brazilian jiu jitsu, and playing video games.
